Design Notes

Important point in this part's design is that 21 nucleotide linker and first 3 amino acids (9 nt) following it mustn't be changed. Because Toehold device and it's RBS region is optimaly engineered to work in optimum condition with this region. For practical use we added BamHI restriction site between GFP and these conserved sequence.
